Rev. Damion Barrett

Pastor

Rev. Damion Barrett earned his MDiv from Alliance Theological Seminary (Honors with Distinction), studied Advanced Hebrew at the Jewish Theological Seminary in Manhattan, and continued postgraduate work at Westminster Theological Seminary in Old Testament, New Testament, and Church History.

He testifies to the unbounded grace of the Lord Jesus Christ and desires to see God's kingdom advance. His ministry aims to help people know Christ truly and walk in faithful obedience to Him.

Barrett's expertise is in the biblical languages. He delights in the Scriptures in their original tongues and holds deep interests in the Church Fathers, the doctrine of the Trinity, the nature of prayer, and church history. He also loves biographies of faith-filled lives such as Hudson Taylor and George Muller.

He is devoted to prayer and to making Scripture accessible, preaching with a heart to see the lost come to Christ. He continually seeks to communicate God's Word with clarity and warmth.

As a father of a son with autism, he is passionate about integrating worship for children with disabilities, believing this reflects the heart of God toward "the least of these."

When not teaching or serving, he enjoys playing golf (currently a 14 handicap) and cherishes time with his wife and two children.
